Best Production Design Oscars Predictions (December)

Nothing much to report this month in the battle for Best Production Design. The critics groups who award a prize in this category have spread the wealth with almost equal wins for The Brutalist, Wicked, Dune: Part Two, and Nosferatu. They all landed nominations at the Critics Choice Awards where they were joined by Conclave and Gladiator II. Does that mean they’re our top six? Maybe, maybe not. Nominations in January from groups like the Decorators Society of America Awards and the Art Directors Guild might help clear things up.
