Da 5 Bloods, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, Minari, and The Trial of the Chicago 7 lead the way at the nominations for the 27th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards with three nods each including Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. With two individual nominations and two ensemble nods, the late Chadwick Boseman makes history as the first person to receive four SAG nominations in one year.
Elsewhere, Jared Leto scored his second surprise nomination of the season for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role for The Little Things, while young Helena Zengel nabbed her second major nomination Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for News of the World.
The winners will be announced on Sunday April 4 at 6 pm PT/9 pm ET/2am GMT.
