Another superb array of short film submissions (thank you Film Freeway) have made the line-up process a completely joyful breeze for the 9th Femme Filmmakers Festival. The online event runs this year between September 20-29, and features a huge 60 films. This line-up is broken down into 24 feature films, and 36 short films – with the Competition Selection and Showcase Selection alongside 6 exceptional shorts that have previously featured at our festival.
Details of the event’s streaming processes will follow, and be included as part of the accessible festival guide. The feature films on the line-up can be streamed, many of which through our partners MUBI, with the exception of Coralie Fargeat’s extraordinary The Substance, which is released in UK cinema’s during the festival. You can jump back to the chat we had with the filmmaker when we featured Revenge at the Femme Filmmakers Festival.
Check out the full line-up below. And again if you would like to be involved in our 9th edition of the festival please reach out via the post here.
