Lee Isaac Chung’s Minari has been declared Best Picture by the Utah Film Critics Association. Elsewhere, Regina King picked up her second win of the season for Best Director for One Night in Miami, while Riz Ahmed added to his growing total of Best Actor victories for Sound of Metal.
