The Nightingale, The King, Judy & Punch, Hotel Mumbai among the 2019 ACCTA Nominations in Australia

The Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards gears up for another awards season, announcing their nominations across TV, documentary, short and feature film. Drawing from their own blood, the films in contention once again demonstrate the cinematic calibre of Australia.

The AACTA Awards is the country’s major screen accolades, with films The Nightingale, The King, Judy & Punch and Hotel Mumbai scoring in many of the categories this year. The event will be held at The Star Event Centre in Sydney on 4th December. Here are the nominations for the film section, with the AACTA International Awards to come soon.
