The Power of the Dog Declared Best Film by Dublin Film Critics Circle

Jane Campion’s The Power of the Dog has been declared Best Film by the Dublin Film Critics Circle. The film also picked up wins for Best Director and Screenplay for Campion and Best Actor for Benedict Cumberbatch. Frances McDormand was named Best Actress for both The Tragedy of Macbeth and Nomadland, with the latter eligible for this year’s awards due to its 2021 release in Ireland.
