Share one of your most Controversial movie world opinions?
A lot of people think that gay/lesbian/bi actors should be the only ones allowed to play gay/lesbian/bi characters, but I honestly think that doesn’t matter at all. Gay and lesbian actors play straight all the time and that’s never a problem. I think the biggest change we need to be making is behind the lense.
What are some of the Film Quotes you use a lot in everyday life?
I say “gird your loins” all the time which I attribute to The Devil Wears Prada.
What is the Role of a Film Critic – and how important are they?
I see us as an educator in a sense. We aid audiences in generating new thoughts and opinions on film of all kinds.
