For some time now in the midst of the great blogging wilderness, where I can hardly see the wood for the trees, I have been wanting to encourage the broadcast of content through a YouTube channel. Having a face more suited to radio, I have been on the prowl for other film fans who already churn out passionate videos on YouTube and the like who may well be willing to contribute here at the site. Among the many cries I echoed through the darkness for volunteers, the site’s own friend Thomas Pollock stepped into the breach. Allow me not to waffle any further, except to thank the super-geek Thomas for his very valued efforts. Here, then, is the first entry on the Write out of L.A. YouTube channel, as Mr. Pollock continues his Horror Movie Marathon with his review of The Forest (2016).
