FILMOTOMY SAYS
Crisp, Precise and Consistent, the sports script doesn’t believe in wasting too much of your time. The reviews cover nearly all the major movies which are released on a weekly basis, and the reviews are presented in a bullet point format, along with the author’s rating and a suggestion regarding whether to watch the film or skip it.
I usually am not a huge fan of short review sites, but in this case, the format works, because of how well the writer is able to get their point across.
The language is informal, and the reviews are in first-person, so it gives the website an extremely conversational feel. Also, you can find some really fun trailer reactions on the website and since April 2019, they have started doing podcasts as well.
So the next time you are having trouble deciding what to watch, The Valero Verdict can definitely help you out. — Pallavi Dandamudi
