Sentimental Value Leads 2025 European Film Awards Nominations

Joachim Trier’s Sentimental Value leads the way at the nominations for the 2025 European Film Awards with six nods, including Best European Film. Elsewhere, It Was Just an Accident and Sirāt both earned four nominations. The three films are joined in Best European Film by Sound of Falling and The Voice of Hind Rajab. All five films are in contention for a nomination for Best International Feature Film at the Academy Awards.

The awards will be presented on January 17 at a ceremony in Berlin. Full list of nominations below.
