The Count of Monte-Cristo Leads 50th César Awards Nominations

Matthieu Delaporte and Alexandre De La Patelliere’s The Count of Monte-Cristo (Le Comte de Monte-Cristo) leads the nominations for the 50th César Awards with 14 nods including Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor for Pierre Niney, and Best Adaptation. Elsewhere, Gilles Lellouche’s Beating Hearts and Jacques Audiard’s Emilia Pérez both earned 12 nominations.
