Full Line-up of Feature and Short Films Announced for the 2021 Femme Filmmakers Festival

After hours and hours of watching, re-watching, head-scratching, laughter, wonder, sorrow – all manner of emotions – we have finally arrived a the 6th Femme Filmmakers Festival official selection. Right across these 59 films – short and feature – are unfathomable depths of compelling filmmaking.

As per usual, the event will run across 10 days, starting on Friday 27th August, and culminating on Sunday 5th September 2021. Here at Filmotomy we will strive to offer the brightest beacons of coverage for these films directed by women.

Onto those 59 films then. They are listed below under three sections: the short films broken into 15 Showcase Selection films, and the 20 Competition Selection films; as well as the 24 Feature Films. The information beside each film indicates the runtime and our proposed time for live viewing – times currently shown in UK format (BST). Further details to follow, of course.
