Joker Leads the Pack with the BAFTA Nominations

joker BAFTA

Nothing like a shift in nomination range to spice up the awards season. Though the announcement of the BAFTA film nominations today has been met with mixed responses. Primarily the distinct lack of diversity in the acting categories, with an all-white turn-out. Remember, the British Academy have never even nominated two-time Oscar winner, Denzel Washington. Just saying.

And to fuel the fire even further, it was Joker that landed the most BAFTA nominations this time around. The Todd Phillips movie is also joined by 1917, The Irishman, Once Upon a Time… In Hollywood and Parasite in the Best Film category. Take a look at the full list of nominees and judge for yourself:

I make sure it's known the company's in business. I'd see that it had a certain panache. That's what I'm good at. Not the work, not the work... the presentation.
