Oppenheimer Wins With American Society of Cinematographers

The winners of the 38th American Society of Cinematographers Awards for feature films and documentaries have been announced. Hoyte van Hoytema has taken home Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography – Theatrical Release for Oppenheimer and Curren Sheldon won Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography – Documentary for King Coal.

Australian Warwick Thornton was this year’s recipient of the Spotlight Award for The New Boy, Amy Vincent was presented the President’s Award, and Don Burgess was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award. Spike Lee was honoured with the Board of Governors Award.
