In case you missed it, the International Documentary Association (IDA) announced their nominations for the new awards season a couple of days ago. Exclusively showcasing the varied range of non-fiction films and television, IDA have been busy honoring the documentary field for over thirty years. Below are the current crop of film nominees, featuring the likes of Apollo 11, For Sama, The Edge of Democracy, but do check the official website for details of all the categories.

Winners will be announced at a prestigious event at the Paramount Studios, Los Angeles on 7th December 2019.
