The Producers Guild of America announced the nominees for the documentary motion pictures for 2020. The remaining nominees for the 2020 Producers Guild Awards will be announced 19th December and 7th January, while the winners are to be announced on 18th January. Additionally there will be a Milestone Award given to Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos, the Norman Lear Achievement Award in Television to co-creator of the hit comedy Friends Marta Kauffman, as well as the Visionary Award for actress and producer Octavia Spencer.
