Elvis Wins With American Society of Cinematographers

The winners of the 37th American Society of Cinematographers Awards for feature films and documentaries have been announced. Mandy Walker has taken home Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography – Theatrical Release for Elvis and Ben Bernhard and Riju Das won Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography – Documentary for All That Breathes. Walker is the first female cinematographer to win this award.

Sturla Brandth Grøvlen was this year’s recipient of the Spotlight Award for War Sailor, Charlie Lieberman was presented the President’s Award, and Stephen Goldblatt was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award. Oscar-winner Viola Davis was honoured with the Board of Governors Award, while Darius Khondji was bestowed the International Award.
