Final Oscars Nominations Predictions – Best Production Design

With the Academy’s nominations announcement drawing closer by the day, it’s time to lay it all on the line with my final Oscar nomination predictions. In the battle for Best Production Design, we’ve got five contenders who all nabbed nominations from all four major precursor awards; the Art Directors Guild, BAFTA, Critics Choice Awards, and the Set Decorators Society of America. Does that mean all five repeat with the Academy? It’s possible Gladiator II takes one of their spots. It only missed at BAFTA. Or maybe A Complete Unknown overperforms and sneaks in. It’s peaking at just the right time, so don’t be surprised.
