Reading, Writing, Arithmetic #8

Sorry for the delay. You’ll have to excuse my current obsession with French cinema. Those of you that know me will surely have noticed. I say French Cinema, more directly the French New Wave. Even more accurate still would be Jean-Luc Godard. Saw A Bout de Souffle again last night. Terrific. So anyway, I dug into the archives and found an article on Anna Karina going back over ten years. Listening to Karina singing “Angela” right now as I edit this -but you won’t believe that. I was also lured in by Wenders and Kurosawa pieces recently, not to mention lists of car movies, animated films, and non-Oscar nominees. And any reading list with Roger Ebert on it is always worth the admission alone.

I make sure it's known the company's in business. I'd see that it had a certain panache. That's what I'm good at. Not the work, not the work... the presentation.
