74th Annual ACE Eddie Awards Winners Announced

The American Cinema Editors have announced their winners of the 74th Annual ACE Eddie Awards for outstanding editing in film in 2023. Jennifer Lame took home Best Edited Feature Film (Drama) for Oppenheimer, Kevin Tent was awarded Best Edited Feature Film (Comedy) for The Holdovers, Michael Andrews earned Best Edited Animated Feature Film for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, and Michael Harte won Best Edited Documentary (Feature) for Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie.

John Waters was honoured with the ACE Golden Eddie Filmmaker of the Year Award, recognising an artist who exemplifies distinguished achievement in the art and business of film. Film editors Kate Amend and Walter Murch received Career Achievement Awards for their outstanding contributions to film editing. Stephen Lovejoy received the ACE Heritage Award in recognition of his unwavering commitment to advancing the image of the film editor, cultivating respect for the editing profession, and tireless dedication to the American Cinema Editors.
