Gangs of New York? Really? It is one of the worst of Scorsese. Shutter Island and The Aviator were much better.
Nope, it’s a great film.
If you take out DDL there’s really not much to talk about. Though I will have a go at writing something as a personal challenge.????

Agree! Such a misunderstood and underappreciated movie.
Give it time. That one obviously needs to simmer for a while. One of his better films though for sure.
The Aviator
